My Story

First of all, thank you, for taking this important step towards self-love by coming to my site to learn more about coaching. Life coaching has become a much more widely accepted form of assistance because it is "results oriented." I have been "coaching" myself in one form or another for the past 30 years, and I would like to share a bit of my story with you.

I am 53 years old and I was born in the Bronx to an amazing Italian American women. My mother was my life and we had an incredible relationship. Everyone loved Patty! Throughout my life I struggled, some of my struggles were self-inflicted through not-so-great choices and other struggles were just life unfolding. Peaks and valleys... boy, were there a lot of valleys.

I never knew my father, so I struggled with abandonment issues and an irrational need to be loved. I was bullied throughout middle school. I lost my mother at 27 and that knocked me for a loop. Had a brief struggle with drugs and had a failed relationship.

Then I got married (when I shouldn't have) and struggled to have my children. Four IVF's and 60k later, Michael and Sophia blessed my world. While blessed with their presence, I was forced to realize that I married for all the wrong reasons and I was miserable. Several challenges became present and social anxieties along with other issues developed.

I am to happy to say that 13 years later and the last two years of battling, I am now living my best life. I am happily remarried and we have an incredible (large) blended family. I am living my truth and I am unapologetically happy. Life is great!

Why reveal all this you? Because I want you to know that whatever you are going through - I went though it already. Believe me when I tell you, I have been through it all - a lot of which I have not written down here.

There will never be judgements, only compassion. We will work together, as a team, to get you to the other side of whatever struggles you are going through. That is my promise to you.
